Entry-Criteria:

All employees or owners from any kind of companies, institutions or agencies which are located in Düsseldorf or the metropolitan area are entitled to register at the RUN4iDEAS 2011. You can register from one up to 1.000 runners for your team. In case you register as a single starter for your company you will of course only be listet in the single results at the end of the day.

Distance/Course:

The total distance of our course is approximately 6,2 Kilometer.

Running Mode:

RUN4iDEAS is being started as a mass start, that means that all runners start at the same time on a signal. The individual time will be kept by using a Timing-Chip. Your personal time keeping will be activated by crossing the start line and it ends when you cross the finish line.
The individual results of your team members will be added by our time keeping partners and summarized for the team results.

Awards:

Team-Award Male, Team-Award Female, Team-Award Mixed. Also every runner will be listed in the single results male or female.

Special-Awards:

The goal at the RUN4iDEAS should not be peak performance. Fun, teamspirit, communication and creativity are standing in the spotlight of our event-philosophy. Our special-awards are giving an additional incentive to take active part in the RUN4iDEAS project.
Just like in Hollywood at the Oscar-Award there is an award for the best "Support-Act" at the RUN4iDEAS and it goes to the company which supports its own team most creative and most impressive on raceday or even before.
Also we have our special "Boss"- and Rookie-Battle, awards for the fastest executives and the fastest apprentice or trainee.
